Ongoing Service: Planning meetings: As many as you wish but one a year is usually sufficient. We will contact you well before the meeting to request details of any changes in your circumstances. This will give us time to prepare recommendations to be discussed at your meeting. Following each meeting our aim will be to send you Minutes and an updated Financial Plan within 24 hours. Other support: You will be welcome to contact us for assistance at any time. Your Financial Planner and our client service people work as one team and you will find you can rely upon them. Our objective will be to provide the service you desire and we will do our best to comply with any reasonable request. |
